All of the standard products, orders, Except Customized orders & Custom-made orders are normally dispatched within 3 days after payment, and no later than 14 days, and are shipped through Amazon Transport Services, E Kart Logistics, E Com Express, Delhivery, Expressbees, and others, as well as Speed Post with tracking. The Estimated Dispatch Date provided when you confirm your Customized orders & Custom-made order and they'll be dispatched on or before the committed date. If you want fast delivery by air with the required signature, there will be an extra cost, therefore please contact us before choosing this mode. We cannot guarantee that a certain courier service is available at the customer's location. We can provide buyer with several courier services from which to choose. In some circumstances, if the desired service is unavailable, we will automatically select the best alternative for that location. We also reserve the right, without notice, to change the shipping courier service in the event of excessive volumetric weights, limited products (Liquids, etc.), or poor service records by the chosen courier option.

WEON Electro Technologies is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities, if stocks are available, within 3 working days of the order date or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

If, for whatever reason, we are still unable to dispatch the products within 14 days, we offer a full refund (including Taxes + extra shipping cost for those items) for all items that we are unable to dispatch within the time frame.
